Well I have decided that I want to lose weight. I watched the Biggest Loser last night, and boy was I inspired. I have always thought that I had to start out big with goals but I learned last night that I don't. I need to make goals that I am going to be able to obtain. I went to Hastings today and bought the book for Biggest Loser. I already have the first workout DVD. I am going to do this and i want to stay on it. I am able to work out at work for really cheap. There is a treadmill and a bike and also weight machines that will work your whole body. I am also thinking of joining weight watchers because I feel that is a way that I can be held accountable, but I am not sure because I started reading the book tonight and it is different than weight watchers. They want you to count calories and with weight watchers you have points. So I am not sure how the both would work. I honestly think that the Biggest Loser program would work if I work out. So I am hoping that my family and friends will support me. Anyone that is reading this that would like to work out with me or that would like to do this with me let me know. Our wellness center at work is open to the public and cheap. So let me know.

Good for you Terri! I am still trying to get myself to work out on a regular basis. Let me know how you like that book - I may go get it.
I'm so proud of you for making this kind of committment to yourself! It will really help take your mind off things. Like I was saying last night, having the willpower to stick to a diet and exercise is incredibly hard. But it's really worth it once you start seeing results!
